I. PERSONAL DATA

Generally, you can visit the Manutech USD site without providing any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to Manutech USD.

In this regard, Manutech USD may, in certain cases, ask you to provide your first name, last name, and email address (hereinafter referred to as your “Personal Information”). 1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Manutech USD may process your Personal Information:

Right to rectification of data
Under this right, legislation authorizes you to request the rectification, updating, blocking, or erasure of data concerning you that may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or obsolete.

6. RESPONSE TIMES

Manutech USD undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, or objection, or any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period not exceeding 1 month from the receipt of your request.

7. AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Manutech USD informs you that it uses authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have provided to us. These providers may be located outside the European Union and receive data collected through the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your Data Protection and Freedoms rights, which is offered and operated by Manutech USD).

Manutech USD has previously ensured that its service providers implement adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use, and data protection. In particular, attention has been paid to the existence of a legal basis for any data transfer to a third country. In this regard, one of our service providers is subject to Binding Corporate Rules that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while others comply not only with Standard Contractual Clauses but also with the Privacy Shield.
